CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Excess volatility increases risk further. Be cautious. Past performance is not an indication of future results.

Deposits and withdrawals, screen by screen (Philippines)

The money part of the app is a short sequence of screens, and each one is for a different thing. Knowing which screen you are on is what tells you which figure to read and what the next tap does.

Both directions live in the same part of the Exness Trade app, kept apart from the trading screens, and the same sequence exists in the Exness personal area. You move through it one screenful at a time: a screen that opens the money part, a screen where the amount is typed, a screen that restates what is about to happen, and a screen that carries the state of the request afterwards. Requests can be made at any hour; the expected time is shown before the confirm, and processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Four screens, and what each one is asking you to check

The screen you are onWhat is on itWhat to check before the next tap
The one that opens the money partA choice of directionThat you are in the money part and not in an order screen — nothing here places a trade
The one with the amount boxAn empty field and a numeric keypadThe figure digit by digit, against the one you brought with you
The one that restates itThe amount and what follows itThe whole screen, to its last line — this is the last screen you can still walk away from
The one after the confirmA state line for the requestThe hour the platform shows beside it. Write that down, then leave the request alone
The account screen, laterA balanceWhether it agrees with the figure you noted — before asking anyone anything

The same request, two screens, one moment

A phone changes none of the figures above. It changes how many of them stand in front of you at once. The personal area opened in a browser on a larger display can hold the request, its state and the account figures in a single view; the app hands you the same lines in a sequence, with the earlier ones behind a back gesture rather than beside you. That is the whole difference, and it is enough to be worth planning around.

  1. You see part of a screen

Check whether anything sits below the last line you can read — a small display cuts the end off a screen, never the middle. Scroll to the bottom before you touch anything on it.

  2. You see a figure you cannot compare

Check it against a note, not against your memory of the screen you have just left. If no note exists, go back and make one before confirming — going back costs nothing at this stage.

  3. You want two things side by side

Check whether they will fit. A phone will not hold two views at once, so either write one down and open the other, or finish that particular comparison in a browser on a bigger display.

Three things that happen only because it is a phone

None of them touch the account. All three touch what you were reading at the time, which is why they belong on this page rather than on a page about money.

Something arrives in the middle of a screen. A call, a message, a battery warning. When the app comes back, check which screen it came back to — if it is not the one you left, start the sequence again instead of assuming your place was kept.

The keypad covers the line you were reading. Dismiss it and read the screen from the top again. Nothing in this part of the app has to be answered while half of it is hidden.

The app was closed with a screen open. The place to check afterwards is the state line in the money part, not a notification and not an inbox. A request that exists has a screen; a request that does not, does not.

Steps with no screen behind them

Every step of a deposit or a withdrawal exists as a screen — in the app, or in the Exness personal area. That is a useful test to carry, because it is short. Anything that asks you to move an amount, hand over a password or read out a one-time code somewhere else — a chat, a message, a social app, a voice call — is not part of the sequence, because there is no screen behind it. A payment asked for "to release" your own withdrawal has no screen either.

And nothing to do with an account passes through this site: it is an independent guide, it holds no money, opens no account and shows no balance. The screens described here are reached by opening the app yourself, from software installed from the official exness.com — never through something that arrived on the display unrequested.

What this page does not print

  • A list of ways to pay. What is available follows where you are, and it appears on the screen at the moment of choosing. The app is the source; an article is not.
  • A time in hours. An expected time is displayed before the confirm. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method, so a general figure copied from elsewhere would be wrong for someone.
  • A figure for how much to move. Standard and Standard Cent have no minimum initial deposit; the professional types have a region-based one, stated before anything is paid. What you move is decided away from every screen here.
  • Any reassurance about outcomes. Many people lose money when they start trading, and an amount moved in is an amount at risk.

Questions asked with a money screen open

Which screen does this part of the app start on?

Its own, away from the trading screens. The same sequence exists in the Exness personal area, so neither route is the special one.

I confirmed and the screen changed. What am I looking at?

A state line for the request. That is the screen to come back to later, and going through the sequence a second time does not move it along.

The amount screen does not look like the one I saw before.

Screens follow what is available where you are, and they are updated. Read the screen in front of you rather than a description of an earlier one, including this description.

The keypad is hiding part of the screen.

Dismiss it and read the screen to its last line. On this particular sequence there is no line worth skipping to save a scroll.

Can it be finished in a browser instead?

Yes — the Exness personal area carries the same steps, and a larger display shows more of them at once.

Is there a minimum I have to deposit?

Standard and Standard Cent have no minimum initial deposit. The professional types have a region-based one, shown before anything is paid.

Can an amount be moved while a trade is open?

An open position holds part of the account aside, so what is available is not the whole balance. The free margin figure on the account screen is the line to read first — the account figures explain why the two differ.

Someone offered in a chat to speed a withdrawal up.

There is no screen for that. Nothing in this sequence happens outside the app or the personal area, and no payment is ever required to receive your own money.

The balance has not changed. Which screen answers that?

The state line in the money part, first. If the figures still disagree after it, the question belongs to Exness support — the only desk that can see an account. This site cannot: see the about page.

Does the practice side have screens like these?

No. A demo account carries virtual money, so there is nothing to move and no sequence of this kind. The trading screens beside it are the same ones.
